These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright & Tidy Cleaning Co. website and the cleaning services we provide. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide residential and small-business cleaning services in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing may be adjusted after we assess the actual condition and size of your space.

Booking & scheduling

  • Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation by text or email.
  • Please provide accurate access details. If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee to cover our team's reserved time.

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional charge.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Liability

Bright & Tidy Cleaning Co. is fully insured and bonded. Please secure valuables and fragile items before your appointment. Report any concern within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
